About

I have been working with clay for approx. 30 years and have completed the 3-year Studio Ceramics TAFE course at Rockhampton as well as numerous workshops with various potters and McGregor Summer Schools with USQ.

Throwing individual pieces is my passion. Most of my pots are influenced by the sea and beach. Shells, sea life and texture are a large part of my decoration. Paperclay contributes in allowing the flexibility of additions to my works. Raku has to be my preferred method of firing.

I have been a member of Beach Potters for 20 years and enjoy passing on my knowledge to new members and watching where they go. Amazing!

I am also a member of The Mill Gallery, an artists co-operative and gift shop.
