About

Diploma of Visual Arts is part of the Visual Arts, Crafts and Design Training Package. It reflects the role of visual artists who combine specialised technical, creative and conceptual skills to prepare for and develop an emerging arts practice. Students are able to plan and realise a body of work in one or more art form. Visual arts practice at this level is underpinned by a sound grasp of art theory and history and the ability to critically analyse and synthesise information from a range of sources.

Develop and refine your creative skills to become a professional Visual Artist or Designer and Maker. This qualification is flexible in content and meets a wide range of industry needs. It can provide a way of launching your own business, finding employment or lead to further study.

Studio areas include:
Ceramics
